In this “Go to bed with me” video, I’m taking you through my simple, calming night routine—basically an “unready with me” after a day where my face just feels tired. I start with something small but important to me: I don’t use disposable cotton. I use little reusable towels instead, and I keep different textures for different purposes. For my eyes and lips (because they’re very gentle areas), I use the smoothest towel and remove everything with Chanel Eye Makeup Remover—then I hold it on my eyes for about 30 seconds and wipe gently.
After that, I wash my face with one of my favorites, Chanel Le La Mousse. I only use a tiny bit, foam it up, and massage gently for around 45 seconds, then wipe it off with a towel—this is super effective for removing dirt. I follow with a micellar solution from Les Naturals, then my Advanced Python Biological Tonic Dosher (also from Les Naturals), which I tap in because it feels so comforting and smells so refreshing and calming. If I feel any little pimples or irritation, I add tea tree oil, then I go in with my Lancôme Absolue BX eye cream, moisturizer (I don’t use serum every day), and finish with a Les Naturals sleeping mask every three days—because I’m really a “less means more” skincare girl.
