CoraCreaCrafts Vintage Craft Subscription box is a history-loving stationery fiend's dream - but does it measure up to expectations? Let's find out! Coralie from CoraCreaCrafts reached out to me directly to discuss this further, and has given me permission to share part of her email - the following is a direct quote: "I think there is a big misconception that because of the use of AI, there is no effort put into a creation or no design work involved, and that the product is worthless as a result. We have a small team of designers that hand-draw and design our products. We sometimes use AI as a tool, to enhance existing drafts, add new layers to artwork, but never as an end product. We don’t just hit a button and call it a day. Every product, theme, and design involves brainstorming, drafting, refining, designing, combining and layering elements to make something special. AI is just one of many tools we use in the process, and I believe it allows CoraCreaCrafts to maintain the high standard and variety that our community expects. We use AI to complement, not replace, human and creative touch in our designs, and as a tool to enhance our drafts, add depth and complexity, bring vintage imagery to life, etc. It allows us to produce unique and intricate creations without spending hundreds of hours on a single piece, which simply wouldn’t be sustainable for a small business like ours. That being said, I do also want to clarify that we still have plenty of designs that are 100% hand-drawn and for which no AI was used whatsoever."
