Then we get into the estate/appraised-type pieces my aunt gave me—things I genuinely haven’t looked at before—like a Hummel figurine (Cozy Kitchen, with the original box) and a stack of framed art/prints with certificates and signatures. I talk about one of the biggest reasons I stopped consigning: so many people think their stuff is “worth a lot,” and it’s tough to be the person who has to say… it’s not. My biggest reseller tip in this video is simple: if you’re pricing anything, go to eBay and check sold comps (not active listings), and always factor in condition.
