What is vibe coding? Can someone with zero coding experience actually use it to build a real app? Yes, and in this video I show you exactly how it works with a live, over-the-shoulder example. Vibe coding is the practice of building software by having a conversation with AI in plain English. Instead of writing code, you describe what you want and the AI writes and implements the code for you. You never touch a single line of programming language. You just explain your idea, and the app gets built. This is not theory. In this video, I walk you through a real session inside Replit where I am actively building a community and lead funnel called Plain English AI. I make changes to a thank you page, add a video popup, update text, remove sections, fix share URLs, add navigation pages, and build out an entire inspiration section filled with free vibe-coded tools, all by typing plain English instructions.
