A problem that a lot of students have in English is that they use the same basic vocabulary again and again and again. One of those overused words is the word "Friends". Learning more native alternatives can be a lot of fun, it makes you sound more impressive and helps you to make better connections with native speakers. I personally never use the word "friend" in English (I always use one of the alternatives I mention in this lesson, and usually say "mate" instead of "friend" ).
