E oil (optional) 3-4 ml Fragrance oil (look up % for the F.O. or E.O. you're using) ❣️ For a less milky, and a bit thicker finish - Decrease water to 9 oz, increase E-wax to 1 oz and Oils to 2 oz, and you can also add .5-1 oz Cetyl alcohol.
