The Dear, Klairs Midnight Blue Youth Activating Drop was a miss for me personally because I couldn’t see visible effects, even though the texture is super liquidy and sinks in instantly. I ended up giving it to my mum and she loved it — she felt like her skin looked plumper, smoother, and more tightened. So for me it was a 6/10, for her it was a 10/10, and overall I’d call it an 8/10 if you’re more in the mature-skin target audience.
