Chopper Bluefish! - Topwater On The Flats + Favorite Recipe So Far

Bluefish were one of the most popular fish I had around growing up. Bad reputation from the old timers but I think some people are coming around. They will be a top sport fish by the end of our lifetime if declines of species like striped bass and flounder continue. Many anglers attitudes have come around (mine included) to move off the stack em like cordwood. Recipe - 5lb bluefish all dark meat removed 1.5" chunks or so Marinade in full fat greek yogurt and tikka masala paste (not the simmer sauce) add some extra stuff. Serve with rice/cilantro/greek yogurt as well.
