The Hopper is a Class 3 longtail electric cargo bike. Starting at $2999, the Hopper has a powerful hub drive motor with a large battery. We find the hopper may have different components and a slightly different look than other Xtracycle bikes we've tested but it still delivers the same smooth, comfortable riding experience that we've grown accustomed to with Xtracycle bikes. The Hopper has a 500-lb load capacity (242-lb in the rear) and has an overall length of 73". Something we find very convenient is the ability to stand the Hopper up vertically on the rear rack taking up less space in the garage when not in use. 👉 Was this video helpful?
