Ground Chicken 1 Onion, Diced 1 Green Pepper, Chopped 3-5 Garlic Cloves, Pressed 1-1/2 C Water 1-1/2 T Better than Bullion Chicken or Vegetable flavor 1-1/4 C Rice 1-1/4 tsp Chili Powder 1-1/4 tsp Salt 2 T Worcestershire Sauce 28 oz Diced Tomatoes Over medium heat, in a heavy dutch oven, add 1 tsp Avocado Oil until heated through. Add Chicken, Onion, Pepper and Garlic. Cook until Chicken is heated through and no longer pink. Add Chili Powder, Salt & Worcestershire Sauce. Mix Well. Add Water, Rice and Tomatoes. Heat to a simmer. Put on a lid, lower temp to low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender. Fill the 6 peppers with the rice mixture. (You will have some left over). Place in a 350F oven for 20 Minutes or until heated through. ENJOY!
