Salmon Bake 8 4oz. Salmon Fillets 4T Maple Syrup 6T Stone Ground Mustard Preheat oven to 375F. Mix Mustard and Syrup together. Place Salmon on Parchment lined baking sheet. Spread Syrup mixture evenly over the fillets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done to your liking. I served with 1/2 C Brown Medium Grain Rice and 1/2 C Mixed Veg. Salmon = 2 points Rice = 3 points Veg = 0 points. 5 point meal!
