WW Friendly Crack Chicken Serves 8 at 3SP each 1/2 C Water 1.5lb Chicken Breast 1.5 oz. Ranch Seasoning Mix 8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese 1.5 C Fat Free Cheddar Cheese 6 slices Bacon, Crispy and Chopped 1/2 C Green onion, Sliced Place the Water, Chicken, FF Cream cheese and Ranch Seasoning Mix in your instant pot. Close lid and cook at high pressure for 30 minutes. Allow 10 minute natural release, then quick release the rest. Remove Chicken to a large bowl. Shred chicken with your hand mixer. Return Chicken to Instant Pot. Stir in Bacon, FF Cheddar and Green onions. Serve over Salad, by instelf or on a toasted bread or roll. Make sure to adjust points for whatever you are eating it with.
