Yummy 1SP WW Muffins! Edye's Kitchen Breakfast Muffins 8 Eggs 1 1/2 C Carbmaster Milk (I ended up using just one cup) 2 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese 4 oz. Canadian Bacon, finely chopped 4 slices Bacon, crispy, finely chopped 12T Fat Free Cheddar Cheese 6T Green Onions 8T Spinach, finely chopped Blend Milk and Cream Cheese together until no lumps are present. Add eggs and blend well. Spray your Silicone Muffin Pan with non-stick cooking spray Evenly fill each cup with Canadian Bacon, Bacon, Green Onions, Spinach and FF Cheddar Cheese. Fill with egg mixture. Bake at 350F oven for 20-23 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE for more yumminess!
