🎥 In this video I sharpen my Tojiro ITK Shirogami 2 Santoku with a Suehiro Debado LD101-DN 1k, Shapton M15 2k, and Shapton Kuromaku 5k. The results are so awesome they're scary, SCARY SHARP that is! :-) This knife is one of my daily drivers at home, and it sees a fair amount of use. It was time to bring it back to life using my brand new Suehiro Debado LD101-DN I bought from Altways on Amazon.
