Thinning an Aogami 2 Bunka with Shapton Glass 220 - Hatsukokoro Kurogane Bunka - More problems!

🎥 In this video I take my Bunka, which I was not impressed with after trying to cut thinner pieces on a tomato, and thinned it behind the edge some more than I had already. This is my troubled Hatsukokoro Kurogane Bunka. I believe this time I finally get it EXACTLY where I want it. The choil shot at the end shows a significantly thinner overall bevel.
