🎥 In this video I refined and sharpened the edge of my new Yoshida Hamono / Kyusakichi Japanese Sujihiki knife. I started with my Vigorcraft (made by Naniwa) 1k stone, then used my Tanaka Kyoto Tanba Aoto (between 2000 and 4000 grit roughly) and followed up with my Kiita Aiiwatani Koppa Tomae, which is a harder stone. The results of this sharpening session was an excellent refinement of the edge into a razor! ▶️ I will post the winner of the "pop up" give away, if the winner doesn't respond and claim their prize, I will select a new winner.
