🎥 In this video I "fix" a line cook / chef knife from the school's kitchen I work for. They have neglected these knives and mostly use what appears to be pull through sharpeners and steel rods to "fix" the edge. These things are in rough shape, so I brought one home to express what I can do for them. Using the Shapton 320, King 1000 and a strop with 0.5 micron compound, I repair this edge to razor sharp! ▶️ I am running a continual giveaway for subscribers of the channel.
