Repairing a Shirogami 2 Nakiri with Shapton Glass 500, Green Brick of Joy, and Arashiyama 6k

🎥 In this video I repair my Nakiri in Shirogami #2 steel. It has a nick in the edge, which I have absolutely no idea how it got there. I have a suspicion, but not proof. I start off by grinding out the nick using the Shapton Glass 500, then move on to the Naniwa Aotishi, and finish her off with the Arashiyama 6000! I also reveal my stone collection in this video.
