🎥 In this video I see if I can get my new Nakamura Hamono 150mm Santoku to paper towel sharp using the King 300 grit followed by the Suehiro Debado LD101-DN. This little knife is a nice, purely hand made number by Nakamura San in Miyazaki Prefecture. He is well known as "the happiest blacksmith", and for good reason.
