How to increase your knife's performance - Cheefarcuut 400 & 1k Vitrified Diamond stone

🎥 In this video I use the Cheefarcuut 400 and 1k to flatten out a knife that needs some tweaking. I had intentions of setting a new bevel, but it turns out for the use I wanted, the flattening seemed to line out the edge how I wanted. Did it work out, or fail miserably???????????????
