Fixed Matek F411-ONE FC and SPI RX

***The Fix I used is listed below*** The video here is me testing the new setup with the above settings, to ensure that it does indeed work. The First section of the video I forgot to set my RATES, and it was default / super slow for me, but the next two parts are at my rates. This isn't a video of me being super fancy or hitting sick lines, it's just testing features and functions of the below settings to make sure I have no more failsafe issues with the Matek F411-ONE FC and SPI Rx. There will be a fix in BF 3.4 I am told, I will be testing that next and reporting on that. Issues are below: Some users are reporting issues with the Matek F411-ONE Flight Controller. I personally thought this was similar to the CRSF issue with the QX7 series Taranis, but upon further investigation, it appears to be related to DSHOT (Depending on your setup)and or D16 mode vs D8. It could also be related to CPU utilization. I am running DSHOT1200 in this example without ANY issues. In this video, I ran 3 packs as a test to see if the fix I applied worked, and it did. No more failsafe issues or telemetry lost warnings. This is what I did to fix it. On your Taranis, when preparing to Bind, choose D8 mode instead of D16 (this should also be fixed in BF 3.4, and we can go back to D16 mode, just FYI) Set your Taranis to bind Open BetaFlight and go to the configuration tab For the Protocol, choose FrSKY_D instead of X, click save and reboot Get back into BetaFlight, go to the CLI tab type frsky_bind, give it a second, then type save and hit enter. Exit binding on your Taranis OPTIONAL STEP below (and maybe my secret to being able to still use DSHOT1200), and I did this myself without issue, but FULL DISCLOSURE, this is AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! You can go back into CLI, and type set cpu_overclock = 108mhz then hit enter, then type save, and hit enter again. The result should now be that you have no more issues with FailSafe or telemetry lost! I can't say this enough, I AM RUNNING DSHOT IN THIS VIDEO WITHOUT ISSUES!
