I had mistaken which company it was that said you didn't need to prep the surface before hand, and while this one worked well without dressing anything, it still benefited GREATLY from dressing the surface. Not to mention this unfortunately pitiful Hatsukokoro Kurogane Bunka that is just a constant pain.... or did I fix it?
