Can a Tojiro Kiritsuke cut paper towels? Razor Sharp results w/ Arashiyama 1k & Shapton Rockstar 2k

🎥 In this video I sharpen my Tojiro ITK series Kiritsuke with Kurouchi finish in Shirogami #2 steel to a RAZOR sharp finish. To accomplish this razor edge I use 2 of my favorite stones and one of my favorite strops, the Arashiyama 1000, Shapton Rockstar 2000 and the Jende Industries Nanocloth strop loaded with their Poly Diamond emulsion @ 0.5 micron.
