🎥 In this video I test out my new ALTSTONE So-Issou Resinoid Whetstone from ALTWAYS. This is not yet available in the USA, but I am trying to get this brought here. It's very much a similar feel to the Arashiyama stones which are also Resinoid. How well will this So-Issou sharpen my knives? Does it perform like an Arashiyama?
