ALTSTONE FUKAMI SERIES 8000 Grit = inexpensive Mini SUEHIRO CERAX - FINAL STONE

🎥 I am making a quick series on the ALTSTONE FUKAMI line of Japanese Whetstones. These are individual videos for each grit of stone in the lineup, and I will use them to sharpen the same knife through the entire progression from 300 to 8000 grit. This video is for the 8000 grit, and is the starting point. The knife in the videos will be a Hatsukokoro AOGAMI #2 BUNKA The company that sells this stone, ALTWAYS, Is a distributor for Suehiro, not to mention the ONLY Distributor who sells the Suehiro Maido (according to information I found while researching). So this would lead me to believe that answer just might be yes on if these are essentially "mini CERAX" stones. This particular stone is the ALTSTONE Fukami 8000, and it is a great stone. They all come with a stand / non slip mat to set it on as well as a nice sized Nagura that is grit matched!
