Testing the 2022 Mustang GT's Limits at Autocross

Welcome back to Driven276! In this thrilling video, I unleash my 2022 Ford Mustang GT at the iconic Bristol Motor Speedway for ETR SCCA Autocross #5, taking place on Sunday, June 29th, 2025. This East Tennessee Region SCCA event showcased a fast and intricate autocross course, perfect for pushing the limits of both car and driver. 🛞 Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 Tire Test - Autocross Impressions Get ready for my first autocross test of the Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 tires! As anticipated, they needed a little time to heat up, but once they did, they delivered outstanding grip and incredible handling. Although these tires thrive on HPDE (High Performance Driving Events) and road courses, they performed remarkably well during autocross. When compared to the Firehawk Indy 500 tires (340 treadwear) I’ve used before, the Supercar 3s provided a significant boost in traction and confidence through every corner. Even with a different course layout this time, the Mustang felt faster and more stable throughout the turns.
