The Norvina Collection Volume 4 palette is what I’m wearing on my eyes in this video, and the pigmentation impressed me right away. Some shades go on darker than they look in the pan (and even shift a bit on the lid), so it’s one of those palettes you’ll want to play with before you feel fully confident.
