Hike with your Dog in Rocky Mountain National Park | Old Fall River Road

It's tough to find a place to hike with your dog. For portions of the year, you CAN hike in RMNP with your dog for a several mile hike. I hiked 6 miles round trip with my dog in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was located on Old Fall River Road, before it was opened to automobile traffic. "Where Pets Can Go in RMNP Leashed pets may accompany you only in the following areas: Along established roads or in parking areas In established campgrounds and picnic areas Pets must be kept on leashes no longer than six feet. Pets may not make noise that impacts visitors or wildlife. Pet owners must pick up and dispose of pet excrement in trash receptacles."
