Kawasaki KLE500 Freeway Test

How does the new Kawasaki KLE500 do at freeway speeds? I took my loaner KLE 500 out on the interstate to see how it does at speeds of 75 mph and above. Riding the KLE500 on the highway and the freeway is pretty easy. Admittedly, the 451cc motor is definitely working at speeds higher than 65, but it remains smooth and easy to control. The KLE500 is one of the most stable feeling bikes I've ever ridden off road and that stability transfers over to riding at highway speeds as well. The KLE500 top speed is easily over 95 mph and it can cruise all day at 75 or 80. It's not the most comfortable bike to ride on the freeway just because of the small motor, but you're not getting thrown around by passing semi tricks like you would be on a smaller dual sport motorcycle either.
