Is the Kawasaki KLX230 The Most UNDERRATED Dual Sport Motorcycle Ever?

Every time I swing my leg over my Kawasaki KLX230 I have the same thought: "Why aren't more people talking about and recommending this bike?" As far as beginner-friendly dual sports go, it's got to be one of the easiest to ride, most reliable, and most inexpensive new or used dual sport motorcycle options out there. I love the Yamaha TW200 as much as the next guy, but in a straight apples to apples comparison between the two the KLX230 has a lot more to offer for the same price. I think people overlook the KLX230 because it's usually sitting next to a KLX300 AND people just assume that because the KLX 230s is only 230 CCs that it is gutless. I'm a very above average weight rider and the mighy KLX 230 has ZERO problems hauling me up steep hills and cruising at highway speeds. The suspension is also super impressive. I haven't managed to bottom it out yet. So if you're in the market for a first dual sport bike or just an easy to ride and work on option for a more experienced off road motorcycle rider, give the Kawasaki KLX 230 a chance.
