Easily the most common question I've gotten since I acquired my CFMOTO Ibex 450 is "What do you think Ibex 450 vs CRF300L Rally?" I wanted to wait until I'd done my full Ibex 450 review before answering, but now that I have a thousand miles on the bike I think I'm finally ready to weigh in on the great Honda CRF300L Rally vs CFMOTO Ibex 450 debate. (affiliate link) On paper, the 300L Rally is the obvious choice for off road riding and the Ibex 450 takes the cake when it comes to the street, but in reality the choice is not that simple. Yes the Honda CRF300l is lighter, has more suspension travel, and has better ground clearance but it has one glaring Achilles' heel: the suspension. The CFMOTO Ibex 450 has fully adjustable suspension and while it's heavier and not as tall as the CRF300L Rally, it can definitely hold its own when you leave the pavement. So ultimately, when asked Honda CRF300L Rallv vs CFMOTO Ibex 450, which do I choose? Well I REALLY like my 300 L Rally, but if I hadn't done the suspension already, it'd be hard to overlook the CFMOTO 450 MT.
