Synthetic Rope Fairlead (Hook)
This is the open-hook synthetic rope fairlead setup I’ve been using, and I like how the hook tucks into the deep pocket and stays put. The tradeoff is the open-hook style—depending on how things sit and when there’s slack, the rope could potentially fall out. If that bugs you, the closed version is worth a look.
