Orca Torch D710 Dive Light Review - One of the best dive lights?

It's a top rated dive light, so I'm going to have a look at it to find the best dive light for the money. What can I say - it's insanely bright, but also has a few downsides - at least for GUE-oriented divers. Still, it makes a very bright and overall, one of the best dive lights for easy recreational diving.
