5 Things I learned during KISS SIDEWINDER CCR training

I made a ✨small✨ investment recently 🙈 and am now the proud owner of my very own @kissrebreathers Sidewinder rebreather. ➡️ The KISS Sidewinder is designed to be worn onto your existing sidemount harness. Therefore it barely adds to your horizontal profile. ➡️ It's an mCCR, meaning most of it's components are purely mechanical in nature and the diver controls the gas manually. ➡️ That seemed like a solid choice for a remote island like Utila because a lot of the maintenance can be done by myself. ➡️ When separated from the sidemount wing, it fits in a carry-on! ➡️ I got MOD1 certified with @floriansymoens and will spend the next few months perfecting my skill level.
