I grabbed this Elsa dress for my 5-year-old because it was under $15 and the cape is removable. That’s a big win for comfort and for washing, especially since the cape is tulle. She can wear it on the cruise and possibly at Epcot—TBD, but you’ll definitely see it on our trip.
