It’s Day 6 of my 12 Days of Vlogmas, and this one is all about a full teen bedroom makeover for my daughter, Kairi, before she comes to visit for winter break. I’m taking you shopping with me for all the cute decor, sharing a haul of what I picked up, and then bringing you along as I decorate and pull everything together. The whole goal was to create a Pinterest-inspired vibe that still feels like her—coquette, gamer, anime/shoujo, and just really cozy and adorable. I also do a full room tour and show the transformation from start to finish, because I wanted the space to feel fresh, inviting, and ready for her to add her own personality the second she walks in. My biggest takeaway is that you don’t have to do everything at once—start with a clear theme, make it functional for real life, and then layer in the “her” details over time. I seriously can’t wait for Kairi to see it and make it even more hers while she’s here.
