About This Video

If your target is a “dream job” in Canada after study or once your work permit comes, then listen carefully: the biggest missing piece I see is communication skills and the right way of networking. Most people waste their study time and then panic when it’s time to enter the real job market. They feel like “Canada mein jobs nahi hain” or “recruiters reply nahi karte,” but many times the problem is our approach and small mistakes that kill our chances. In this video I break down a very common LinkedIn red flag: blindly sending connection requests and then doing cold “Hi/Hello, can I ask you a question?” messages. That’s time pass, and no one reacts to it—mainly because there’s no real content. What I do instead is simple: shortlist the right person, read their profile properly, check their posts, follow them first, understand their posting pattern, and then send a meaningful message with an actual question. This changes the perception completely and helps you extract real field knowledge—like what certifications you need, what skills matter, and how to enter that role. Bottom line: in Canada, English and communication matter a lot, especially for field jobs. Don’t blame the market—fix your messaging, fix your networking, and keep learning and hustling.
