A big positive change is LOA verification, where IRCC verifies acceptance letters directly with colleges, so fake LOAs and agent scams get controlled. Then I explain PAL (Provincial Attestation Letter), new rules around transferring colleges (you may need a new study permit), and why public‑private partnership colleges are basically not worth it if your goal is PGWP. Finally, I break down PGWP eligibility getting tighter (only certain fields of study qualify), new language test requirements for PGWP, visitor-to-work pathways being stopped, and PR targets being reduced.
