My 2006 Husqvarna YTH2248 lawn tractor stopped running a year and a half ago. I bought another mower by another brand, but yearned to give fixing the lawn tractor a try. Yesterday, I did it! I swapped out the ignition switch, selenoid, and fuel pump. I siphoned out the bad gas, replaced it with fresh fuel with a fuel system cleaner additive. I took off the air filter and sprayed carburetor cleaner into the air intake. Each step brought me from no sound from the mower to running and sounding better than my new John Deere!
