I used the Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Base Makeup in shade 2 Natural as my sunscreen + base step to see how it actually wears under makeup. On my skin, it gives light but buildable coverage with a satin/velvet finish, but it stays slightly tacky and doesn’t fully set—so transfer is something to expect.
