RV Roof Preventative Maintenance | Truck Camper Living | DestinatioNow

One of the most important things to maintain on your RV is the roof. This is where all leaks and dry rot will begin if not properly kept up to date. You should be checking your seals at minimum once a year (if in direct sun, check more frequently) for dirt, debris, tears, and cracks; not only on your roof, but in the caulking around your whole camper. Caulking will last roughly 2 years with a lot of use and longer if kept covered away from the weather. In this episode, Nick will help give you many helpful tips for maintaining your RV roof as well as give you the inside process we use to maintain our truck camper.
