The truck camper lifestyle has its ups and downs each and every day. It can take you to some pretty amazing locations making you feel like you have ultimate freedom, but believing everyday is a fairytale of exploration is silly. Days like today, when you’re sick, tired and nothing seems to go right, makes boondocking in a tiny home on wheels that much more difficult. In this episode Nick gets sick and has to drive our home to a local store for supplies, but this is a much more difficult task than it needs to be when everything decides to go wrong. On the bright side days later, we find ourselves enjoying our time at a lovely Kentucky campground, that is, until we receive severe weather warnings that tornados, hail, high winds and heavy flooding is heading our way. Surviving the bad weather in our little home, we move on to Mammoth Caves National Park to go exploring in the world’s longest cave system. We are the Suttons and we have decided to live full-time our 2005 Lance cabover camper and travel the country. This season we are traveling through several southern states in an attempt to have our first ever warm winter as snowbirds. In our episodes, we like to offer you a realistic view of what it is like to live full time on the road in a truck camper, no holding back like other channels. It’s not all just beautiful views and sunsets, life on the road has many challenges that we like to bring to you every week.
