This week while on the search for a place with cooler temperatures to visit, we find ourselves setting up camp in Durango, Colorado. The heat and sand at Lake Powell was extremely hard on our truck. Our truck's air conditioner starts acting up and we discover that we have a leaky fuel injector, luckily, we also find a town full of generous people willing to lend us a hand up. While in Durango, a friend from our home town hits us up to let us know she lives close by and wants to show us all the sights. Her daughter, Kai, dreams of becoming a future YouTuber, so we give her the lead of our channel for a day to recapture the childlike feelings of wide eyed excitement as we tour some of Durango's best hidden gems.
