In this episode we hear the call of the wild while in Everglade City…well, it’s actually a distress call from a local resident. She and her husband witnessed an unfortunate event and asked for our assistance in helping to save some baby Osprey. Their nest became too heavy and fell out of a tree to the banks of the river. We, of course, jump to the opportunity to help out. Join us on our adventure as we put on our superhero capes to help save these tiny birds, then continue with us on our peaceful paddle boarding journey as we search for more wildlife to share with you amongst a maze of mangroves! While we were super thrilled that we were able to assist these birds, we want you to remember not to approach or contact any wildlife without the permission of professionals. Keep in mind, this is not only to keep the animals safe, but yourself; wild animals can be very unpredictable in a stressed environment. Let’s work together to keep the wild life wild. We are the Suttons and we have decided to live full-time our 2005 Lance cabover camper and travel the country. This season we are traveling through several southern states in an attempt to have our first ever warm winter as snowbirds.
