Data Merge with Images in Adobe Illustrator

I generally do this in Adobe InDesign for those text heavy instances, but it can also be done using Adobe Illustrator (check out this video: https://youtu.be/VTc8iR8t8t8). But what about for images? Day-of stationery place cards often include a meal selection where clients want to use little symbols/images instead of words! This is SUPER easy to do using Illustrator, so let's dive in.
