I always wanted to know how my Kbeauty skincare routine differed from an actual Korean's routine. So my Korean friend and I did a routine swap! Now before controversy ensues let's talk about Korean skin whitening. In Korea whitening means something completely different from bleaching. Whitening products help to gently break down the melanin clusters that cause unwanted freckles or spots and even out the skin tone by getting rid of dead skin cells by helping the skin renew itself.
