I walk you through what’s in the box, how the water reservoir slides out (1.8L), the removable ice basket and scoop, and the little details I like—like the tiny drain holes in the bin, the big rear fan for venting, and the drain plug on the bottom for getting rid of leftover water (make sure it’s in standby when you drain it). Then I plug it in and show the simple controls: power/standby, the blue light, ice thickness adjustment (press and hold 3 seconds), self-cleaning mode, timer, and the indicators for ice full and low water. Each batch takes about 10–15 minutes and drops out 16 crescent-shaped cubes, and the big wow moment is how crystal clear those crescent cubes look. I also share my real-world tip: discard the first two rounds the first time you run it, then enjoy the third.
