We had a barn fire situation that we very narrowly escaped, and it’s the kind of thing that makes your stomach drop because on a family farm it’s not just a building—it's animals, equipment, feed, and everything we’ve worked for. I’m sharing what happened, what we noticed, and how fast things can get out of hand when you’ve got barns, bedding, dust, and all the usual farm stuff around. I also talk about the big takeaway: you can’t assume “it won’t happen to us.” We’re always juggling animals and daily chores, but emergencies don’t care what your schedule is.
