I prefer Cloudflare over other services because once everything is setup and working, it's done. No need to worry about renewing your SSL certificate every 90 days. All you need to do is: 1- Create a WordPress website using Hostinger's nameservers. 2- Wait, let everything propagate. 3 - Create a Cloudflare account. 4 - Delete Hostinger's nameservers and replace with Cloudflares. 5 - Wait. 6 - Check the SSL Anyways, with this method you can now feel confident going with Hostinger.
