After trying other Hybrid Training programs I decided that instead of dedicating so much time to other programs I should just do it myself. This is the start of a new series where I will work to build up all aspects of a Hybrid Training routine: Lifting, Running, Recovery, Warm Ups, Nutrition, Supplementation. Few notes on the video: -I give certain strength markers to work towards since those are done by bodyweight so they can be pretty universal. I don't provide target race times because I think that is more individual. If you are progressing and beating your previous best then you're doing good! -The strength routine looks to include lots of variations, but you can easily substitute exercises based on equipment or just preference. Look to maintain the "big" lifts and feel free to sub in your favorite accessory moves, but be sure to keep things even with volume. I hope y'all like this video, it took me a hella long time to put together, from the planning, to writing, to filming, and I edit videos slow af!
